To create a sophisticated interior with classical references to the existing heritage façade which is being maintained.
With a significant fall on the site, the proposal uses tiers and layers with a play on large volumes and site apertures. The layers are expressed in alternating materials, that reflect the existing brick plinth and weatherboard and also contrast its proportion. A connected poolhouse and studio is linked by plan symmetry.
