To redesign the floorplates to maximise functionality. The interior design is to reference the original Scandinavian owner of the Heritage site and to create stylish interiors that have an element of the bayside lifestyle.
The use of neutral tones and soft timbers take cues of both Scandinavian intent and beachside hues, creating sophisticated bayside living. Tile patterns reflect classical proportions and small geometrical references from the heritage façade feature throughout. Each floorplate has been redesigned to include separate dining and living zones with an emphasis on storage.
