A contemporary addition to a heritage home, to rid it of its lean too, and bring it up to speed with this design savvy family.
With heritage constraints dictating setbacks, the new addition presents itself to the street as a recessed addition with opposing boards in matching tones and a contemporary ‘lean to’ on its northern side. At the rear, the roof evolves into a Contemporary Barn – steel doors and timber an interpretation of the existing steel and timber of the heritage nature.
