Bellerine Pavilion House

The brief

To create an economical, yet intelligently designed home that is located adjacent to heritage dwellings to suit a family of 5.

The solution

Using a neutral colour pallet, and materials and forms of the adjacent heritage nature, the design uses datums that were present in the original residence. The home is based around liveable and structural functionality – its pavilion forms a result of clever space spanning and structural sensibility and planning offsets.
