Redesign the floorplan to a wonderful Mid Century home that has been manipulated over time and lost a part of its soul.
Increasing volumes by extending outwards and via a pop up in a sympathetic manner to the original home, the new plan creates defined zones via a consolidated alignment. Existing entry materials and skylights were maintained, and fascia’s were replicated, to give this home a new life that blends seamlessly.
